ESign
ESign is an application signer that allows you to use your own certificate
Prerequisites
- iPad or iPhone TV
- A working Apple ID (use a burner) - Only on iOS 17.6+
- A working certificate
• As of right now (August 28th), Appdb does not allow enterprise signing.
Please select the OS you are using.
Installing Appdb
- Visit appdb.to on your device.
- At the top of the page, tap "Install appdb"
- Enter your email address.
- Once linked, a configuration profile should be prompted to be installed. Tap Allow.
- Open the Settings app. Navigate to General > VPN & Device Management. Tap "Install appdb".
- At the top right, tap "Install". Type in your passcode. Then, tap "Install" again.
- Read your screen & accept the TOS. Tap "Next" to accept on your top right. Finally, click "Install".
• Do not use an Apple registered email address (@me.com, @icloud.com, @mac.com).
Connecting your Apple ID
- A new bookmark should appear on your device. It should be named "appdb". Open it.
- At the top of the page, tap "Selected Device". Find the option "Install apps with free Apple Developer account" and tap it.
- Enter your credentials and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once complete, you should be connected using your Apple ID.
- Now, you can install apps. At the top, you can select a handful of Appdb picked apps, or import your own .ipa file.
Import a custom .ipa by tapping "Selected Devices", then "My apps (ipa files)".
Linking your Apple TV
- On any device, open appdb.to.
- Enter your email.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
