Sideloader

Sideloadly is an app signer that uses your apple ID & other certificates to sign applications.

A standard Apple ID is only limited to 3 apps at a time, and must refresh apps every 7 days. However, you can pay $99 yearly for an Apple Developer Account to have unlimited apps and refresh every 365 days.

On iOS 7, 8 & 9, you can sideload unlimited applications regardless of your Apple ID. Some devices that are vulernable to the MacDirtyCow exploit can disable the 3 app limit (iOS 15 - 16.1.2). and sparserestore exploit (iOS 17 - 18.0 RC/18.1 beta 4).
